Speaking of the unforgettable experience, some impressive serial pictures just occur to my mind. I have two most dreadful experiences which almost resulted in death. It always reminded me when people talked about the situation. Here I want to narrate is the first story. The first event is drowning which I believe a lot of people had undergone.
I remembered it was a wonderful weather that day. The sky was serene and sun shined with breeze. My friends and I felt boring and nothing to do at home. After an discussion we decided to go swimming. Without any hesitate, we rode toward Naiwan(內灣) which is an idea swimming place for resident here. 40 minutes later, we arrived to our destination.
Being aware that I had poor skill of swimming and even didn’t know how to change breath, I just dared to stay at the shallow as well as a friend, who is called Fisher. However, I felt safe because the other two of my friends are excellent swimmer. I believed they will rescue me if necessary. Therefore, Fisher and I took our ease and learned dive from some strangers. After finishing our first jump, we felt fun and wanted to try again. We walked in the water toward the big stone which is our nature diving board and prepared to scramble on it. Yet hadn’t touched the stone, I suddenly fell into a hole under the water and Fisher seemed to fell as well. I felt an enormous strength to push me beneath the water. It was Fisher’s hand.
The struggle for life gave her marvelous force. On the contrary, I tried to have myself calm down and think what to do while I was sinking. Few seconds later, I hit the bottom of the hole. I saw Fisher’s foot above me moved fast due to the struggle. I considered whether I could walk away the hole to the shallow. Didn’t know how long was past, I raised my head again. Fisher stopped struggling and was pulled out of water. Someone was there and saved her. Therefore, I gave out my last breath to jump up to see if someone would grab my hands or I could grab something. When I reached to the highest which I could get, I got nothing but hopelessness and fell again. Suddenly, An hero of mine hold my arms and had me out of the river.
Fisher seemed like scared and chocked. The other two friends had just known what happened and asked how was me. “Everything is fine,” I laughed “and fun.” I then returned to the big stone and dived again.
This is my first blog including everything in our live! I write this for developing my composition skills.

Be Kind to man’s best friends(Free writing 2)
Undoubtedly, dog is our best friend. They are faithful, considerate, lovable, charming, and energetic and sometimes they are good listeners. Whenever I feel said or anxious, I will talk to them and they will give eyes back with compassion. The puppy eyes make me believe they can understand me. Even if I am angry to them due to my bed temper, they won’t blame to me. We rarely find a friend like this so we must treasure our best friend.
Dogs are not only loyal to their owner but also kind to others. Some people say dogs should be raised for food, not as pets because they think it cause disease, bark at night and is just obey their owner. However, besides their master, dogs do save other people’s life. According the Pine Street Foundation, Michael McCulloch, “They (dogs) were identifying who had cancer, and they were also saying who didn’t.” In addition, we had heard that a Husky saved an infant from drowning in the toilet. Sagas like this are countless. Therefore, they are not only a cute puppy with body fuzz, but also a hero of saving human.
On the other hand dogs should be trained instead of spoiling. As police, they can sniff out bombs, detect drugs and find the missing and deceased when no human can. As guide dog, they can help blind people not only for guiding but giving mental support. As life assistant, they can pick up the newspaper every morning for you or carry heavy things for you. The precondition is that you need to teach them what to do and what not to do. Whether you believe it or not, some people start to teach dogs to read. Bonnie Bergin, the president of Assistance Dog Institute shows how to use flash cards to teach dogs to read in her new book Teach Your Dog to Read.
To summary, next time when you see a dog come to you with the teeter-totter gait, be kind to them because according to McCulloch, sometimes dogs know us better than we do. Maybe one day we can give the citizenship to man’s best friend.

Why I major in Business Administration-II
I have studied BA for almost two years and am going to graduate. To retrospect the reasons why I chose this subject, it was a long and funny story.
The first reason is the affection of environment in which I grew up. As soon as I graduated from junior high school, I was admitted to National Taipei college of Business(台北商專). That means I had less chance to touch other majors than business-related majors. Moreover, my parents are typical businessmen having a small restaurant. During my learning age, what I’d learned from them are business ways of earning money, so I thought I was aspired to be an artful but wise businessman. Though I found I really wanted to be a veterinarian few years later, everything was too late. After five years studying in business, business-related subjects seemed to be my optimum choice. This is why I steped in the field.
The second reason is the failure of transfer exam. I tried to major in Finance, which is different from BA. Unfortunately, some ridiculous and amusing things happened sequentially. What I’m about to tell is all truth. I attended only three schools transfer exams. The first one is National Taipei University (NTPU). I was really stupid enough to fill my answers into wrong blanks and was deducted by 50 scores! The second one is National Cheng Kung University (NCKU). The day before the exam, there was a big fight between my brother-in-law’s and my family. I had mediated their argument until the morning then rushed to Tainan without sleeping. No matter how much coffee I drank that day, I still fall asleep during the test. The last school is National Chengchi University (NCCU). When the test was about to begin, I found my test certification was left at home. Rushing back to get it and being late for my test made me nervous during the whole period of test. The rest is a history, I failed the three exams.
The last and the most influential reason is that if I want to study in NTUST, I can only choose Business Administration department. There isn’t any alternative in this school. However, before making a decision, I checked the faculty and curriculum on the Internet and I found the department is a good launching pad to my coveted Finance. Not only does it include extensive courses, but you can still choose one of the themes of monograph such as Human Resources, Marketing, and Operating Management, etc. and research what you are interested in. What is more, teachers here are sophisticated. Take my financial management teacher Mr. Shie and human resource teacher Mr. Liou for example, Mr. Shie was a former CFO of CLSA (香港里昂證券) and Mr. Liou is a consultant of many small business. I expected to be a man of experience, so I decided to register here and major in BA finally.
All in all, I am glad of majoring in Business Administration now. I deeply believe that I will study harder to major in what I really want and be more competitive in the future.
