　　When my friends and I reached the council at which Mr. Black had a speech, it was so crowded that we had no seat but amiable Mr. Black had us sit on the stage. The topic of this speech was “How can we success as well as happy?” In the beginning, he cited a sentence “Work hard and work smart, but it is hard to work smart in Taiwan.” This means that sometimes we are influenced by the environment. Our parents didn’t give us enough intelligent to dealt with all the things. Then he cited Jack Welch’s word “If the changes of inside slower than that of outside environment, the company are dying.” So do us. Following are seven tips helping success and avoiding being dying:
　　First is keeping growing. Stretch the comfort round. For example, talking with stranger, found a business, or change your work.
　　Second is being confident. Being confident means you have a positive attitude and correct self-conscious. All of us must suffer some setback, but the way of thinking about the problem is the key point. We must understand it is okay to fail, yet we have to learn from the fail.
　　Third is the ability of communication. The bad ability of communication leads to serious result. Don’t worry if you have a poor skill of communication. Everything can be changed. Lots of famous entrepreneurs weren’t good speakers as they are now. Then why we can’t do it? Practice!
　　Forth is team and social relationship. Most of the people yearn for acceptance, so if we can praise and thank others properly and frequently, we can extend our relationship. This is not only for friend or business but also to our parents.
　　Fifth is leadership. The good leader will built rapport with subordinates in stead of centralized management.
　　Sixth is enthusiastic. Everyday is a new day. You have to seem like you are in the first day of work. It is not means the skill but the attitude. By the way, smiling is the show of enthusiasm of the deep heart. Study said that smiling can improve at least 25% performance。
　　The last is vision. You should recognize the deeper and farer ways of the events rather than the appearances.
