Are you always angry with someone else for a negligible thing? Do you have the experience to be upset about doing what you don’t want to do? If both the answers are “Yes”, you must be careful. As the saying goes, “Anger is what you punish yourself for other people’s fault.” It is definitely right. Anger can really hurt you.
However, there are too many reasons to avoid angering. For instance, you make an appointment with your friend, but he or she was late; you lost a game or much money; your parents gave a lot of restrictions to you; you found that your intimate friend deceived you, etc. In addition, someone anger because he can’t reach his expectation. For example, you got a low grade on your favorite English composition in school. Unfortunately, these situations are always around us in the world.
When you become angry, you will feel uncomfortable such as headache, stomachache or hard breath. That’s very dangerous because people who always anger will have more chance to get cancer. Anger can also lead you to lose your mind, so you will do everything without thinking. Needless to say, you wouldn’t know what you have done or spoken. Then your friends might become victims. Worst of all, you might lose good friends. Besides, when you are unhappy, you must have a face as long as a fiddle, so that no one wants to close to you. You will have a poor friendship. But the most dreadful thing, which we don’t like to see, is that anger can destroy one’s life! We can learn that from prisoners. “I was out of control because I was irate, but now I am very regret about that. It was a mistake,” they always said. In this regard, we should try to do our best to restrain our bad sentiments.
As a matter of fact, it is inevitable to be angry. Consequently, the most important thing that we can do is relief. Fortunately, there are also a lot of ways to relief. For me, I like to listen to music aloud, and enjoy the music. It makes me feel better. Shouting likes “How wonderful a day! How beautiful a sky!” is another way my friends usually do. No matter what means you choose, just try not to anger.
To summarize, what you need when you facing a problem isn’t anger but calmness. People who often anger won’t succeed in any area. Thus, we should remember that anger is certainly no used to solve problems. It just can cause an enormous disaster.
